Create art that speaks out against the oppression of Black History and Black Voices.
Other ongoing projects:
taking book donations for our resistance library (anything related to resistance, revolution, civil war, segregation, holocaust, fascism, downfall of democracy, etc.…)
Collective Mural to be added to during meetings
We need those with skills to teach.
There will be small groups to choose from that will be going over different basic art/resistance/life/survival skills.
We need listeners.
Even if you feel you have nothing to add. You are still needed. We need observers. We need messengers. People to pass the word on. To take in what is being said. To help share resources. To learn the skills. To join the resistance.
Community Support Goal: Collecting items for Philly Aids Thrift.
We need artists.
We need those who paint, draw, sculpt, knit, etc.. anything hardcopy. Create with the intent to fight the oppression of Black History and Black Voices. Bring in your work to share. Even better, bring in something for everyone to take part.
